Joseph Thibert has been named president of TriMark United East. Thibert has more than 20 years of restaurant development experience and previously served as the president of Cafco Development Inc. Thibert also lectures at Boston University’s School of Hospitality, where he authored a front-of-the-house design module. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Babson College. •
