Judith A. Sullivan has been named chief operating officer at Meeting Street. Prior to joining Meeting Street, Sullivan served as president and CEO of About Families, a comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, assessment, referral and re-evaluation center for children with special health care needs. Sullivan has also served as general counsel at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island and Citizens Financial Group. ̶ •
