Justin Coutu has been promoted to general manager at R&D Technologies Inc. Coutu joined the company in 2009 and most recently served as sales manager. He will now be responsible for managing operations, finance, sales, marketing, support and service bureau activities. Coutu has a B.S. in business from Roger Williams University and holds computer-aided design certification in SolidWorks 3D design software. ̶ •
