Where do you see yourself professionally in 10 years?  We have been working feverishly on some big problems, such as a system to show patients all of their medical bills in one place. In 10 years, we hope to be solving even bigger, more difficult problems.

What advice would you give your 22-year-old self? Innovation begins with copying the things that other people have done well. Most of business has been figured out. Recognizing that fact allows you to concentrate 100 percent of your energy on things that really make a difference.
