Karen Balch has been named vice president and regional manager at Navigant Credit Union, where she is responsible for overseeing daily operations at branches in Woonsocket, Smithfield and Glocester. Balch joined Navigant in 2009 to open and run the Greenville branch. She has more than 30 years experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bryant University. •
