Kate Sembor has been named director of donor relations at the Rhode Island Free Clinic. She most recently lent her fundraising knowledge to the Providence Animal Rescue League and Brown University. She holds a B.S. in chemistry and public service from Providence College and is taking MBA courses at the University of Rhode Island.
