Kensington’s DeGirolamo gets certification

ATTLEBORO – The Council of Residential Specialists has named Sheryle DeGirolamo, broker-owner of Kensington Real Estate Brokerage, a Certified Residential Specialist, DeGirolamo announced.
The residential specialist designation is awarded after years of training and has been achieved by around 35,000 Realtors nationwide, about 3.5 percent of the total licensed across the country.
“The CRS designation is the closest thing a residential Realtor has to a PhD.,” DeGirolamo said in a statement announcing the designation.
The Council of Residential Specialists is the largest nonprofit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
Kensington Real Estate Brokerage is located on North Main Street in Attleboro.
