Kim Keck has been appointed to the board of directors of Rhode Island Quality Institute. Keck is president and CEO of Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, with more than 25 years of health insurance experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Boston College and MBA in finance from the University of Connecticut.
