Kristen L. DiSanto has been named executive vice president of human resources at The Washington Trust Co., where she is responsible for leading all human resources functions and assisting the board with executive compensation matters and SEC disclosures. DiSanto previously served as senior vice president. She holds a B.A. in speech communication from the University of Rhode Island. •
