General Contractor:

Jeremy Sherer, Suburban Renewal, North Kingstown

Cost: WND

Use: This building, portions of which date to the late 1700s, once backed up to the Providence waterfront. It was rebuilt following a fire in 1801. Lila Delman Real Estate International purchased the property and had it gutted, removing nonhistorical elements, bringing the building up to code, exposing historic timber framing from its warehouse days and installing new wooden floors. The offices, sleek and modern, now accommodate 20 real estate professionals. The project was completed in July.
