Lila Delman office restoration complete

PROVIDENCE – Lila Delman Real Estate International has recently completed the restoration of its Providence offices, at 369 S. Main St., a former waterfront warehouse constructed in 1900, according to city assessor records.
The building was purchased for $630,025 in August 2014, according to a company spokesman. The real estate company had previously leased space at 9 Wayland Square in Providence.
The three-story building has formal brick façade. It is within walking distance of downtown. The renovation has doubled the size of Lila Delman’s office space in Providence.
The company purchased its new building, gutted the interior and rebuilt the space, creating a modern office work area, according to a news release. The renovation included the use of reclaimed wood beams and expansive glass walls throughout the interior.
The building includes ample parking for customers.
An open house to celebrate the new facility will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Oct. 29.
