Best-selling author and host of MSNBC's “Hardball,” Chris Matthews, will give a lecture on his new book, “Tip and the Gripper, When Politics Worked.” The book describes the friendship between President Reagan and the Speaker of the House Tip O’Neill. After the lecture, Matthews will be available to sign copies.
