The Rhode Island offices of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, along with charitable arm Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, recently hosted the 11th annual Spirit of Home Awards Celebration at the Providence Art Club, netting $12,000 for Crossroads Rhode Island.

“The sales associates and employees at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage volunteer countless hours to put together this important fundraiser every year,” said Rick Loughlin, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England. “We are pleased that we were able to organize a successful event again this year, and we are proud to support Crossroads Rhode Island, particularly at a time when the need for emergency shelter, food and other services is so great.”

This year’s Community Cares Spirit Award was presented to Lesly Joseph, case advocate at Crossroads Rhode Island, for his dedication to the community. Joseph has been with the organization for 13 years, providing assistance to clients facing homelessness, substance abuse, mental illness and other challenges. •
