Lou Cerbo has been named clinical director/psychologist for the R.I. Department of Corrections. Prior to joining DOC, Cerbo was a clinical psychologist at the V.A. Medical Center. He holds a B.A. in psychology, master of education in counseling and a Ph.D. in counseling/clinical psychology, all from Boston University. He also earned an M.A. in psychology from the University of Rhode Island. •
