Lussier named executive vice president at Bristol County Savings Bank

TAUNTON – Bristol County Savings Bank last week named Hollie B. Lussier executive vice president, chief risk officer and general counsel to the bank, according to a release.
The Taunton-based financial institution says Lussier is now responsible for implementing the bank’s enterprise risk management strategy, handling all legal matters and providing counsel on strategic initiatives.
“A combination of the bank’s continued growth and the regulatory environment in which we are currently operating led us to the conclusion that we need to take our already sound risk management process and develop a formal Enterprise Risk Management system,” said Patrick J. Murray Jr., president and CEO.
Lussier joins the bank from AAA Southern New England/AAA Southern New England Bank in Providence, where she served as general counsel. She also worked for Citizens Financial Group Inc., also in Providence, in various roles for a decade.
“We are excited to have Hollie on board to be our ERM point person and to also serve as our first in-house counsel,” Murray added.
