WARWICK – A new Internet database from the State-Wide Multiple Listing Service is offering a variety of research and marketing tools for the Rhode Island commercial real estate industry, MLS announced last week.
The Rhode Island Commercial Information Exchange, which will be free to try until July 31, provides an opportunity for real estate professionals to place and view listings online, as well as access to market statistics and a platform for making reports and catalogs.
The system was created as a result of industry demand for a better platform on which to sell and lease commercial real estate. It will operate using the real estate software Catylist.
Beginning in August, full service will be granted only to MLS members.
