The U.S. Small Business Administration’s Rhode Island District Office will host a panel discussion about borrowing money for small businesses from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Providence Municipal Building, first floor conference room, 444 Westminster St., Providence.

Experts from local, state and federal agencies, and local lenders will talk about different options for small businesses and the things lending institutions look for in borrowers. Free; pre-registration is necessary.
