Mark A. Tracy has been appointed to Home & Hospice Care of Rhode Island’s board of directors, where he will use a variety of skills to support the organization’s mission. Tracy has been employed at Cargill Inc. for the past 16 years and currently serves as a commercial manager for its investor-based product group. He holds a B.A. in political science from Brown University and a MPA from Harvard University. ̶ •
