Mark J. Drywa has been appointed vice president, manager of help desk support at Washington Trust Co. In his new role, Drywa will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the technology help desk. He will also provide technical training and support. Drywa most recently served as vice president, desktop infrastructure manager for Citizens Bank in Warwick. •
