Mark L. Coulter has been promoted to assistant vice president in corporate services at Amica Mutual Insurance Co. Coulter began working for Amica in 1987 as an associate claims adjuster. Since then, he has held a variety of positions at Amica’s Hartford, San Francisco, Boston and Seattle offices before relocating to the corporate headquarters in 1999 to help manage the corporate services department. •
