Martha Pughe has been named executive director of the North Kings-town Chamber of Commerce. Pughe brings 15 years of nonprofit experience to the position. She previously served on the chamber’s board of directors, where she was instrumental in developing the chamber’s new strategic plan. Pughe has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from State University of New York Oswego. •
