Mary E. Noons has been promoted to senior vice president, retail lending at The Washington Trust Co. She joined the bank in 1992 and brings more than 25 years of mortgage and consumer origination and operations experience to her new role. Noons holds a B.A. in history from the University of Rhode Island and master’s degree from the Connecticut School of Finance & Management.
