Mary Lee Partington has been appointed to the board of directors of the Rhode Island Council for the Humanities, where she will serve on the board for new urban arts and as performing arts chair for the Pawtucket Arts Festival. Partington, an independent education management professional, first joined the board in 2005. She has pursued graduate studies and earned a bachelor’s degree in English and secondary education from Rhode Island College. •
