MassDOT using SES America’s signs

WARWICK – SES America Inc.’s Blank Out and Lane Control signs have been approved for use by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation.
The manufacturer of digital LED signs for the transportation industry said its Blank Out signs can display multiple phases of both text and graphics messages, in any color and any size.
The Lane Control signs, according to the company, are unique in their capability of providing intelligence when linked with SESA’s SCU6 full-color touchscreen controller.
When used in conjunction with the SCU6, LCS’ features are expanded to also include control of multiple signs via a single interface, monitoring of component faults/failures and conflict monitoring of each symbol to ensure conflicting lane access symbols are not posted, SESA said.
