McDonald House Charities gives to Big Brothers

PROVIDENCE – A grand reopening of the 736 Branch Ave. McDonald’s on Aug. 16 included presentation of a grant for $25,000 from the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern New England to the restaurant’s charitable partner, Big Brothers of Rhode Island.

Also recognized at the event was McDonald’s of Providence’s official Community Partner: E3 Academy High School.

The restaurant has been relocated and rebuilt. The rebuilt restaurant offers 24-hour side-by-side drive-thru and dine in operation. The restaurant boasts free Wi-Fi, contemporary interior features, and inviting décor, the company said.
