Michael Dikdan has been named auto-lending manager at Home Loan Investment Bank FSB. He brings to his role more than 35 years of experience in consumer lending and auto financing. Most recently, Dikdan was vice president of collections at Admirals Bank for three years. He has previously held a variety of positions at Avco Financial Services for 25 years and CitiFinancial Auto for 10 years. •
