Michael Gwynn has been promoted to vice president of sponsorships for the Pawtucket Red Sox. He joined the PawSox in 1991 after a career as a sports reporter/anchor for WPRI-TV 12 and WCVX-TV 58. He holds an MBA from Babson College.
