Michael Hudson has been appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer of Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. Hudson has 24 years of experience in the health care and financial-services industries. He was most recently chief financial officer of Health Plan Holdings in Tampa, Fla. Currently, Hudson is completing an MBA at Yale University. •
