Michael J. Cleary has been appointed group executive vice president and head of U.S. distribution for consumer banking at RBS Citizens Financial Group. He will be responsible for retail branches, business banking and more. Cleary has more than 30 years of senior management experience and most recently served in leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. He holds an MBA from Dartmouth College. •
