Michael J. Daly has been named a partner at Pierce Atwood LLP. Daly joined the firm as an associate in 2009 and currently focuses on litigation and resolution of commercial, maritime and insurance disputes. He also serves as an assistant instructor at Roger Williams University School of Law, from which he attained his J.D. Daly also holds an M.S. in marine affairs from University of Rhode Island. •
