Michelle Brophy has been named a member of the board at HousingWorks Rhode Island. Brophy has worked in the affordable-housing industry since 1993, and currently serves as director of the New England program for the Corporation for Supportive Housing. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Rhode Island College and a master’s in human-service administration from Springfield College. •
