MIDDLETOWN – A 4,800-square-foot custom-built house at 585 Wolcott Ave. sold recently for $2.8 million, the highest price to date this year in Middletown, according to the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service.
The house was purchased by homeowners represented by Lila Delman Real Estate International. The buyer’s agent was Kendra Toppa, a manager at Lila Delman.
The shingle-style residence was built by Newport-based Horan Building Company Inc. The property, which has water views, is on a lot of about one-third of an acre.
