Minuteman Press Providence-Warwick Named Provider for Women's Resource Network

PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island - Minuteman Press Providence-Warwick today announced the company has been named an official provider of the Women’s Resource Network of Rhode Island.

The Women’s Resource Network is a non-profit web-based business created to support women in business through an online directory of women owned/women centered service providers. The network is based on the premise that “when you help women, you help families, communities and the entire State of Rhode Island.”

“As women owning a business, we understand obstacles and the importance in supporting other women-owned businesses, said Valerie Chanoux, co-owner of Minuteman Press Providence-Warwick. “We are thrilled to be a provider for the Women’s Resource Network of Rhode Island, to utilize the tools that they provide, and serve as a resource for the other women business owners in the state.”

WRN was founded by a group of mature professional women who have reached a point in their lives and careers where they want to give back. Each one of the founders has been in the position of needing someone’s help to move forward. The organization was established to provide a safe place for women to find the resources they need to achieve their goals and remove constraints.

“We’ve personally done business with most of the providers on our directory and Minuteman Press Providence-Warwick is no exception,” said Amy Gates, founder and president of the Women’s Resource Network of Rhode Island. “Their work during our first fundraiser was efficient, thorough, attentive – top notch customer service.”
