NARRAGANSETT – An ocean-view condominium at 23 Beach St. was sold for $1,050,000 in late May, Lila Delman Real Estate International announced recently. It was the highest price for a condominium in Narragansett in three years.
The property covered 1,471 square feet and is located across from Narragansett Town Beach.
The condominium was under contract within 22 days, according to Ruth Bellino, director of sales and operations for Lila Delman.
“The unit was truly stunning, totally renovated with an unparalleled level of detail and the views were spectacular,” she said in a news release.
The Oceanside sale surpassed condominium sales recorded in previous years, including at Surfside, where a townhouse unit closed in August 2014 at $1,037,500, and another townhouse sold for $995,000 in October 2015.
