Nelson Ferreira has been appointed vice president of Trac Builders Inc. He brings to his role experience with academic, laboratory, health care and commercial properties, with a specialty in planning, preconstruction and building program methodology. Ferreira joined Trac in 2008 as its director of business development. Previously, he had worked for Thielsch Engineering division Rise Engineering. •
