New York Life gives $10K to Ronald McDonald House

PROVIDENCE – Ronald McDonald House of Providence received a $10,000 Community Impact Grant from New York Life to support their Adopt a Room program in late January.
“We are grateful for New York Life’s investment in this program, which will have a lasting effect on the entire community,” said Michael Fantom, CEO of RMH Providence. “New York Life’s commitment has helped us serve many people in Providence.”
The Community Impact Grant program awards grants of up to $25,000 to local nonprofit organizations that address the needs of the community and are supported by New York Life agents and employees. Two hundred ninety grants totaling more than $3.5 million have been awarded since the program’s inception in 2008.
“New York Life strongly encourages our employees to give their time and talents to help make a difference in our community,” added Kara E. Tavernier, partner of the company’s Providence office.
