Norman Rousseau has been named senior mortgage adviser at Province Mortgage Associates Inc. Most recently, Rousseau was a mortgage processor and originator at Bay State Mortgage Corp. Prior to entering the mortgage business he served for many years as a plant manager at a Fortune 500 company. Rousseau holds a B.S. in business management from Johnson & Wales University. •
