The Kent Washington Association of Realtors’ Kent Washington Real Estate School will begin a real estate salesperson pre-license course with a class from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Dime Bank Building, 131 Franklin St., Westerly.

Licensed real estate brokers Wendy Brown and Bill Fain will teach the course, which will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings through Tuesday, March 20.

Cost: $230; includes text, workbook and Rhode Island Law Reference.
