PSH marks anniversary by giving

PROVIDENCE – Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, a Providence law firm, is celebrating its 25th anniversary by giving back to the community the firm says has supported its business through the years.

Each month in 2013 the firm will identify at least one nonprofit community-based organization to which it will donate 25 items beginning with Children’s Friend, a Providence nonprofit that works to better the lives of Rhode Island’s at-risk youth.

The PS&H 25/25 initiative will donate 25 winter coats to the nonprofit in January 2013.

The firm has for over 10 years supported Children’s Friend through employee volunteering and contributions. Children’s Friend board of directors’ chair, Kim McCarthy, is a partner at PS&H and chair of the firm’s nonprofit practice area.

In a letter on the firm’s website announcing the initiative, managing partner David Gilden said the firm is “humbled” by clients “who have put their confidence in us to help them navigate the legal and business landscapes vital to their success.”
