The firm is the seventh-largest in Rhode Island based on the number of attorneys, according to the Providence Business News 2017 Book of Lists.

Its relocation, also to be completed Feb. 21, will allow the firm to occupy a state-of-the-art facility in a LEED Gold-certified building with advanced technology that better serves its clients and employees, said Pannone in a statement. The Northwoods office park, which also houses Dassault Systemes, has ample free parking.

The law firm is now located in renovated offices at the ALCO complex, at 317 Iron Horse Way.

Its planned relocation will move it to offices at 1301 Atwood Ave., Suite 215 N., Johnston.

The telephone numbers for the company will remain the same.

In addition to its new Rhode Island headquarters, Pannone Lopes Devereaux & O’Gara will have offices in Boca Raton and West Palm Beach, Fla., and in Boston and on Cape Cod.
