Panoptic Development partners with Lifespan

PROVIDENCE – Panoptic Development Inc. announced on Feb. 27 that it has partnered with Lifespan to building a health assessment Web portal to support Lifespan’s Project Launch initiative, which seeks to promote the wellness of young children from birth to age eight.
The Web-based assessment portal allows patients to participate in medical assessments and lets hospital administrators easily manage the assessment data, according to Panoptic, a software engineering firm with offices in Providence and San Francisco.
The Health Assessment Web Portal, which has been in use for several months, has increased the quality of patient care and physician efficiency, according to company officials.
Among the benefits reported were reductions in human error, a more streamlined process, and results available to be part of a patient’s electronic medical record.
“We were able to leverage the framework we built for the Bradley Hospital Assessment project to bring this project to market quicker and at a lower cost,” said Shannon Lewis of Panoptic Development Inc.
