WEST WARWICK – Parkview Terrace, an 83-unit apartment community, has been sold to a Provo, Utah-based apartment investment and management company.
Peak Capital Partners announced the acquisition last week in a press release. The townhouse-style complex was constructed in 1972 and renovated in 1995, and sold for an undisclosed price. The community is the company’s first holding in Rhode Island.
The company and its affiliates own and manage 90 conventional and student apartment complexes in markets identified as “growth” markets in the U.S. The company operates in 15 states.
Peak Capital Partners plans to make exterior improvements to Parkview Terrace, including the addition of a leasing office, replacement roofing, new paint, gutters and a new parking lot, according to the release.
