PROVIDENCE – Business law firm Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP has leased 30,000 square feet of office space in the Textron Building at 40 Westminster St., in downtown Providence, the firm announced Tuesday.

The fourth largest law firm in Rhode Island by number of attorneys, Partridge Snow & Hahn is leaving its current offices at 180 South Main St. in Providence. According to the 2013 PBN Book of Lists, the firm has 45 lawyers.

Partridge Snow & Hahn will occupy three floors in the 24-story tower in the Financial District, which was built in 1971 and is owned by aerospace industrial giant Textron Inc.

The law firm plans to move into its new space in September of 2013.

“We have grown steadily over our 25 years of practice, and as a result we are out of space in our present headquarters,” said Partridge Snow & Hahn Managing Partner David Gilden. “This is a particularly gratifying moment, as we begin the celebration of our 25th anniversary in 2013.”
