Patricia Villani has been named president of NRT LLC’s Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England. She has more than 30 years’ experience and most recently served as senior vice president and general sales manager for the company. Villani will now be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of 90 real estate offices in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. •
