Patrick Wholey has been promoted to president and general manager of WPRI-TV, Fox Providence and myRITV. In his new role, Wholey will oversee the day-to-day operations of Providence’s CBS and FOX stations, as well as a MyNetworkTV digital channel. Prior to his promotion, he served as general sales manager. Wholey holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Stonehill College. •
