Paul Attemann has been promoted from associate to senior associate at Donald Powers Architects Inc. Attemann joined the firm in 2002 and has led most of the firm’s affordable-housing projects serving nonprofit clients. Previously, he worked with Newport Collaborative Architects and co-founded New Mexico Alternative Transit, now Bike New Mexico, a bicycle advocacy group. He has a B.A. in architecture from Rhode Island School of Design. •
