How do you encourage employee feedback?
At the end of each new hire class, the CEO takes everyone out to lunch to gather their first impressions.
What one employee-centered initiative are you most proud of?
The Workforce Now portal allows employees to access all their employee information. The Wellness portal provides employees with tools to improve their health.
What do you expect from employees that other companies don’t?
We expect all our employees to ensure they are doing their utmost to provide service to members above all else.
What is the most important benefit the company provides?
We offer a 50 percent match on employee 401(k) contributions and an additional contribution into employee retirement accounts.
