EAST PROVIDENCE – Peregrine Group LLC, a real estate development, property management and third-party advisory firm, has merged with Rustpoint Advisory of East Greenwich, Peregrine said in a news release on Thursday.
Rustpoint Principal Eric Busch is joining Peregrine’s leadership team as partner, bringing more than 20 years of experience to the firm. Busch and Partner Samuel Bradner will lead the advisory practice.
Current Rustpoint clients will continue working with Busch.

“Eric is a natural fit for Peregrine,” Sam Bradner, advisory service managing partner, said in a statement. “He has already partnered with Peregrine on projects such as the $100 million Zion Bible College redevelopment, and has always impressed us with his knowledge and strong work ethic. Our already strong team of industry experts will now be even more robust with the arrival of Eric. We are thrilled to have him join our team.”

Busch said he is honored to join the Peregrine team. The company recently added offices in Newport and Boston.
“Peregrine Group is not just about bricks and mortar, but the full impact a project will on have the community,” Busch said.
