ARTS & CRAFTS FACULTY SALE

The Newport Art Museum will host its annual faculty holiday arts and crafts sale on Friday, Nov. 23 and Saturday, Nov. 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on Sunday, Nov. 25 from 10 a.m. to noon. The sale features works of art and fine crafts created by the Rhode Island artists who teach at the museum’s art school, the Coleman Center for Creative Studies. The sale will be held at the Coleman Center, 26 Liberty St., Newport. Admission: free. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the center. ODEUM FUNDRAISER

The Greenwich Odeum will host an auction fundraiser at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1. The event will be held in the venue’s theater, 59 Main St., East Greenwich. The evening will feature a variety of items to be auctioned off through live and silent auctions, including a stay at the Ocean House to special meal prepared by a celebrity chef. There will also be live entertainment, food and beverages. Admission: $35 per person. Registration can be made by mailing a check to the Odeum, P.O. CHRISTMAS AT CENTRAL

Central Congreational Church will host its annual holiday bazaar, “Christmas At Central,” from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Dec. 2. The bazaar will be held at the church, 296 Angell St., Providence, and feature crafts and jewelry from local artisans, reasonably priced works of art, gifts from around the world, ornaments and gently used books, CDs, toys and more. IYRS ANNUAL HOLIDAY PARTY

The International Yacht Restoration School will hold its annual holiday party from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 7 in the school’s Restoration Hall, 449 Thames St., Newport. The celebration honors the success of the school, its students and the industry partners and people who have made it possible. Light hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available. RPM VOICES OF RHODE ISLAND CONCERT

RPM Voices of Rhode Island will hold its annual choral and gospel Advent of Unity Concert, “Rejoice! Rejoice!,” on Friday, Dec. 7 at 6:50 p.m. The event will be held at Beneficent Congregational Church, 300 Weybosset St., Providence. Clarice LaVerne Thompson, musicologist and composer, will lead the event. Selections include an original choral composition by Victor Simonson, a composer, pianist and associate conductor of “Memphis the Musical.” Also included in the performance is Michael C.
