BINGO FOR CHARITY
The North Kingstown Chamber Charitable Foundation will hold a bingo for charity event on Thursday, March 14 from 7 to 9:30 p.m. in the cafeteria of North Kingstown High School, 150 Fairway Drive, North Kingstown. AIDS Project Rhode Island is searching for restaurants and volunteers to assist with its Dining Out For Life fundraiser to be held on Thursday, April 25. In this event, diners are encouraged to eat at participating restaurants that will donate a portion of the night’s proceeds to the organization, which provides education, prevention and testing programs and a range of services for people living with HIV/AIDS in the state. Volunteers who have contacts at restaurants, or who are interested in helping to fill a participating restaurant, are also needed.
